Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well under stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective at listening, understanding, clarifying and resolving concerns
- Must be able to convey information clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Ability to clock in/out for breaks as scheduled
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Clear communication skills
- Desire to serve guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Age 18 or older

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Use guests' names to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology for the role
- Answer phone calls with friendly service and approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with a smile while cleaning
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on schedule
- Submit accurate shift handover reports for smooth communication
- Wear clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed
- Communicate professionally and clearly with team members
- Demonstrate willingness to meet business and guest needs beyond traditional role
- Collaborate with team to create welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Stock room supplies and tools pre-cleaning
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- Perform deep cleaning and additional cleaning projects as assigned
