Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or food service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work full-time hours

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning entryways and common areas
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including refrigerators, heat system filters, bedding, linens, and waste disposal
- Perform deep cleaning tasks focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying using community laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests during meal service, take orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with storage of perishable items
- Bus and clear dishes from tables after meals, sanitize tables and chairs following food service guidelines
- Complete side work such as refilling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning the coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned
