Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
- Knowledge of proper handling of biohazardous waste
- Ability to work independently and follow supervisor instructions
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Attention to detail

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor
- Cleans bathrooms including toilet bowl, sinks, bathtubs, wipes countertops and mirrors, and sterilizes floors
- Wipes kitchen counters and under objects, mops kitchen floors
- Vacuums all exposed areas completely, including edges
- Empties and rinses wastebaskets as needed
- Washes inside of windows as needed
- Cleans all common areas according to standards including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- Maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals according to instructions
