Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Capacity to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to prioritize excellent customer service
- Physical capability to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during shifts
- Ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning duties to keep rooms clean according to standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work atmosphere
