Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday

- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing courteous and efficient service
- Perform various hotel cleaning duties including vacuuming, changing linens, and bathroom cleaning to hotel standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Respond promptly and politely to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service plus 1 attitude
- Contribute to a positive work atmosphere with team members and guests
