Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or related experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer literacy

- Ability to retain up to four orders at one time

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed and check heat system filters
- Change beds and linens and ensure adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on main entry areas and common spaces
- Launder all linens using company laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Review menus, take resident orders, and serve meals and desserts
- Assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- Clear dishes after meals, reset tables, and vacuum carpets
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning the coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned
