Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as part of daily work
- Ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds during work shifts
- Willingness to work weekends such as Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision

- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests with providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
