Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Some experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks required
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean and comfortable environment
- Clean resident rooms, common areas and service areas
- Manage laundry duties efficiently and maintain linen supply
- Report maintenance needs to appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures
- Support team members to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction
