Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to lift carry push and pull 50 pounds
- must be able to move quickly within the facility and assist in emergencies
- must be able to read write and communicate effectively in English
- must be willing to work rotating shifts and flexible schedules
- must demonstrate compassion toward seniors
- must exhibit strong work ethics

Job Duties
- thoroughly clean each resident apartment once a week as scheduled
- clean other areas of the community on a routine or as-needed basis as instructed
- vacuum, dust, and remove resident trash following company cleaning techniques
- perform other duties as requested by the executive director or supervisor
- interact with residents to make a positive impression
- maintain cleanliness according to company quality standards
- assist in emergency situations when necessary
