Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Willingness to receive on-the-job training
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver License
- Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Inspect, monitor, clean, and maintain resident rooms, indoor and outdoor common areas, employee service areas, sidewalks, and driveways
- Assist with removing snow and ice as directed by supervisor
- Report any environmental situations posing safety threats
- Use chemicals and cleaning agents safely and effectively per regulations
- Complete timely housekeeping duties including trash collection, floor and furniture maintenance, and light fixture upkeep
- Maintain specialized cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, and pressure washers
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Provide residents with information and assistance during moving or transferring
- Assist with packing, unpacking, storing, and moving personal belongings
- Clean resident rooms upon vacancy
- Execute special projects including setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment for events
- Deliver equipment, supplies, furniture for residents, activities, and village functions
