Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to perform moderate physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing
- Passing a federal pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other substances
- Compliance with alcohol consumption policy
- Adherence to grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
- Temporary employment contract for 28 weeks or less
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
- Physical ability to meet moderate demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
- Willingness to comply with alcohol restrictions and company grooming standards
- Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and address housekeeping inquiries promptly
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linens and supplies
- Clean up spills and notify managers of maintenance needs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces properly
- Build genuine guest relationships and cater to housekeeping requests efficiently
- Assist with guest greeting upon embarkation and support special events like afternoon tea and cocktail parties
