Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • Ability to perform moderate physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing
  • Passing a federal pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other substances
  • Compliance with alcohol consumption policy
  • Adherence to grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
  • Temporary employment contract for 28 weeks or less

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
  • Physical ability to meet moderate demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
  • Willingness to comply with alcohol restrictions and company grooming standards
  • Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
  • Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
  • Acknowledge guests by name and address housekeeping inquiries promptly
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Organize inventory and stock linens and supplies
  • Clean up spills and notify managers of maintenance needs
  • Collect and dispose of trash
  • Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces properly
  • Build genuine guest relationships and cater to housekeeping requests efficiently
  • Assist with guest greeting upon embarkation and support special events like afternoon tea and cocktail parties
