Job Requirements
- Must be current on all vaccinations including COVID-19 and receive CDC recommended booster doses
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic literacy and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings and afternoons

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to follow policies and procedures accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina for cleaning tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Current on all vaccinations including COVID-19 and CDC recommended boosters
Job Duties
- Ensure overall cleanliness of community common areas and suites
- Maintain room readiness for showings and occupancy
- Implement all housekeeping policies and procedures
- Clean and sanitize public restrooms every two hours or more frequently as needed
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum indoor and outdoor areas regularly
- Manage inventory and assist in ordering approved cleaning supplies
- Perform daily maid services including making beds and emptying trash
- Thoroughly clean suites weekly per schedule including bathrooms, furniture, windows, and kitchens
- Address resident housekeeping and laundry concerns promptly
- Participate in special community events as needed
