Job Requirements
- Must have experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled time unless directed otherwise
- Must clock in/out for breaks at the scheduled times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out from scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests’ names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand relevant technology for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- Keep workspaces clean and well-organized in both front and back of house
- Pitch in with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests warmly while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
- Submit accurate shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and nametag while smiling
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Show willingness to stretch beyond the traditional role to meet business and guest needs
- Collaborate to create a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending morning meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Undertake additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning as needed
