Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to interact positively with residents and team members
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow health and safety protocols
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

- Housekeeping or janitorial experience or willingness to learn
- Natural cleanliness and organization skills
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to residents by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. in their apartment homes
- Engage with residents during visits to brighten their day
- Keep shared community spaces clean by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfecting, etc.
- Help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
