Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to move furniture as needed
- willingness to work flexible hours
- commitment to upholding company mission and values
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels or senior living preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- good communication skills
- physical capability to perform lifting, bending, kneeling and standing for long periods
- willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas
- ensure floors, carpets, and windows are maintained and spotless
- manage laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens
- report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
- assist with moving furniture and other physical tasks as needed
- collaborate with team members to uphold community cleanliness and resident satisfaction
