Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, bend and stoop during daily work activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver exceptional guest experience through friendly and courteous service with a service plus one attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for all team members and guests
