Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Able to provide housekeeping and laundry services meeting quality standards
- Desire to work with seniors
- Ability to comply with safety protocols and infection control
- Must pass drug test and pre-employment health screenings
- Ability to work in compliance with community procedures
- Willingness to attend training and team meetings

Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding quality standards
- Clean according to schedule including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and polishing
- Respect resident privacy by knocking before entering rooms
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in clean and orderly condition
- Transport supplies including clean and soiled linens
- Collect and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and inspect linens following approved procedures
- Assist Care Managers with resident care as requested
- Respond to resident requests and maintain positive relations
- Adhere to safety protocols including chemical storage and hazard prevention
- Participate in team meetings and complete required training
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety procedures
