Job Requirements
- high school education or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning
- willingness to comply with all pre-employment screenings
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school education or vocational training preferred
- experience in housekeeping activities preferred
- knowledge of cleaning supplies and their proper use
- ability to maintain cleanliness standards in a healthcare or residential setting
- successful completion of pre-employment testing including criminal background check, drug test, TB screen, and health screen
Job Duties
- clean the skilled nursing facility
- clean all common areas of the facility
- maintain highest standards of cleanliness
- use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- ensure safety and hygiene protocols are followed
- support a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents
- perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned
