Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is an asset but not required
  • ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
  • good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • effective communication skills in English
  • willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Duties

  • perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting vacuuming and sanitizing common areas and resident rooms
  • ensure cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms kitchens and common areas
  • dispose of trash and waste
  • monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
  • collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and organized environment
  • respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff
  • operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machines vacuums etc
