Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in a temporary shipboard position
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- No consumption of alcohol allowed while on duty
- Willingness to participate in all required training programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and prolonged standing or walking
- Willingness to comply with pre-employment drug testing, including testing for Marijuana and other controlled substances
- Must adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure

Job Duties
- Creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledging guests by name and addressing housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Organizing inventory and stocking linens and supplies
- Cleaning spills properly and reporting maintenance needs
- Collecting and disposing of trash
- Cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Building genuine relationships with guests and efficiently handling housekeeping requests
- Greeting guests during embarkation and assisting at special events such as afternoon teas and cocktail parties
