Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shift
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through courteous and friendly service
- Perform hotel housekeeping services to maintain guest room cleanliness according to standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Assist in laundry or cleaning public spaces when needed
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude
