Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and with all levels of staff
  • Willingness to work weekends and after-hours as needed for special events

Job Duties

  • Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication skills
  • Collaborate as a team player in a goal-driven environment
  • Provide helpful and friendly guest interactions
  • Project a professional image in uniform and respond promptly to radio communications
  • Sanitize restrooms including sinks, mirrors, floors, and walls
  • Replenish supplies as needed
  • Perform general cleaning of staff offices and public areas
  • Dust, empty trash and recycling bins
  • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
  • Remove trash and litter from all assigned areas
  • Adhere to personal protective equipment protocols when handling chemicals
  • Inspect supplies and report any safety concerns
  • Complete daily checklists of performed duties
  • Support special events and coordinate with special events staff
