Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to follow sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Capability to work part-time hours flexibly
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain up to four resident orders at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community areas and individual resident apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed
- Change bed linens and ensure adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments including carpets, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, take orders, and serve meals and beverages
- Assist with post-meal cleanup and sanitize tables and chairs
- Complete side work such as refilling sugar holders and cleaning coffee makers
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
