Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community as a whole and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning entryways, common areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heating system filters, change bedding and linens, ensure linen supplies, turn mattresses with assistance, and empty waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on entry areas, carpets, plants, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Take meal orders, serve meals and desserts courteously and clearly
- Return carts to kitchen, assist with storage of perishables, and deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- Bus and clear dishes from tables, reset tables and chairs following proper sanitizing procedures
- Complete side work such as refilling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned
