- Must be a team player with strong customer service skills and able to multi-task

- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical safety
- Ability to document and communicate maintenance needs
Job Duties
- Responsible to dust, vacuum, and sanitize all furniture, fixtures, flooring, on site
- This included project cleaning and emergency clean ups
- Maintain cleaning schedule for assigned areas, will document any damage noted in apartments or common areas and will report damage to the ES Director or Administrator
- Ensures all cleaning equipment is used properly and will assist in maintaining the quality condition of that equipment
- Communicate to the Director any inventory needs
- Shall be knowledgeable of the appropriate use of chemicals, and responsible for keeping them locked on cart when not in use
- Will assist in watering and pruning live plants in their assigned area
