Job Requirements

  • Completion of training with certification sign-off
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally
  • Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time, with flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required)
  • Strong guest focus and customer service skills
  • Reliability and dependability in completing housekeeping tasks

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
  • Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
  • Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms
  • Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart
  • Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion
  • Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
