Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Maintain cleanliness in laundry and public areas as needed
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
