Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening including for marijuana and controlled substances
- No consumption of alcohol allowed during employment
- Adherence to grooming standards restricting visible tattoos and piercings
- Temporary employment limited to 28 weeks
- Must participate in emergency and safety training
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
Job Duties
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond courteously to housekeeping inquiries and service requests
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors regularly
- Organize inventory and restock linens and supplies
- Clean spills promptly and report maintenance issues
- Collect and dispose of trash properly
- Clean upholstered furniture and lounge areas
- Build genuine guest relationships and efficiently fulfill housekeeping requests
- Greet guests at embarkation and assist during special events such as afternoon tea, snacks, and evening cocktail parties
