Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of relevant experience preferred but not required
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting bending and standing for long periods
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to comply with company policies and safety regulations
- Willingness to work the scheduled hours Tuesday through Saturday
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality hotels or senior living preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending lifting kneeling and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and team members
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean resident rooms and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment
- Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming tasks
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchen areas regularly
- Report maintenance issues or repair needs to supervisors
- Assist in moving furniture as needed to clean effectively
- Follow safety procedures to protect residents and staff
