Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of relevant experience preferred but not required
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting bending and standing for long periods
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to comply with company policies and safety regulations
  • Willingness to work the scheduled hours Tuesday through Saturday
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality hotels or senior living preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending lifting kneeling and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good communication skills to interact with residents and team members
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Clean resident rooms and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment
  • Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming tasks
  • Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens
  • Sanitize bathrooms and kitchen areas regularly
  • Report maintenance issues or repair needs to supervisors
  • Assist in moving furniture as needed to clean effectively
  • Follow safety procedures to protect residents and staff
