Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled shift end
- must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures
- must have positive attitude and willingness to learn
- must work well under stressful, high-pressure situations
- must be effective at listening, understanding, and resolving concerns raised by co-workers and guests
- must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- must have a desire to serve all guests
- must be physically able to perform tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- contribute to great guest satisfaction scores through teamwork
- handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- support all groups and events at the hotel
- understand and utilize relevant technology for the role
- answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- greet guests with a smile while cleaning
- complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- wear clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed at all times
- communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- exhibit willingness to go beyond traditional roles to meet business and guest needs
- collaborate to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- perform additional cleaning projects as directed by supervisors
- maintain proper attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping according to schedule
- follow established guidelines and procedures for all tasks
