Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or custodial experience
- ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
- physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- compassionate attitude towards senior residents
- willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, and facility spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- demonstrate attention to detail in every apartment, ensuring all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- work efficiently and maintain speed without sacrificing quality, completing assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- handle laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding, with care and accuracy
- report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate department
- follow infection control protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- provide courteous and respectful interactions with residents, understanding their unique needs and preferences
- support a warm, welcoming environment that promotes dignity and comfort for seniors
