Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning and landscaping equipment
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow safety procedures
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all common areas of the apartment community including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, models, amenity spaces and recreational facilities
  • Remove trash, debris, and litter from common areas and ensure proper disposal
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces
  • Restock supplies in communal areas, such as restrooms and laundry rooms
  • Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the community grounds, including lawns, gardens, walkways, amenity spaces and recreational areas
  • Clean dumpster enclosures, ensuring all trash is in the container and ready for pick up
  • Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure the community grounds meet established standards
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while performing job duties
