Job Requirements
- completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
- no previous cleaning experience required
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- availability to work weekends
- willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest room cleanliness according to standards
- inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- assist with laundry or cleaning public spaces when necessary
- provide friendly and courteous service with a positive service attitude
- maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests
- be available to work weekends as required
