Job Requirements
- minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, and carry
- ability to stand for extended periods
- may be required to move furniture
- must comply with Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations
- eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel industry, or senior living preferred
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- ability to operate cleaning equipment
- basic communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical ability to perform demanding tasks
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas daily
- maintain restrooms and dining areas to a high standard of cleanliness
- use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and carrying
- move furniture as necessary to clean under and around items
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- comply with company policies and health regulations
