Job Requirements

  • minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, and carry
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • may be required to move furniture
  • must comply with Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations
  • eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel industry, or senior living preferred
  • knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
  • ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • basic communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • physical ability to perform demanding tasks

Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas daily
  • maintain restrooms and dining areas to a high standard of cleanliness
  • use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
  • perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and carrying
  • move furniture as necessary to clean under and around items
  • report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
  • comply with company policies and health regulations
