Job Duties
- greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- support hotel events and groups awareness
- answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- keep all front and back of house areas clean and well-organized
- pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- greet guests happily by name while cleaning
- complete operational checklists accurately every shift
- submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- wear a clean approved uniform and maintain grooming
- communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- be willing to stretch beyond traditional role to meet business needs
- collaborate to create welcoming environment and positive workplace
- complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending meetings
- clean and restock assigned guest rooms thoroughly per shift
- perform additional cleaning projects as assigned including storage rooms and deep cleaning
- maintain punctuality and follow timekeeping protocols
