Job Requirements

- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- Two years related experience in a commercial setting
- Ability to adhere to safety guidelines
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
Job Duties
- Vacuum carpets area rugs and upholstered furniture
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean all bathroom fixtures and surfaces including walls petitions floors windows mirrors
- Empty trash containers and clean lids
- Wash windows and glass entry doors
- Wipe stains and smudges from walls and door facings
- Clean water fountains
- Shampoo all carpets on regular basis
- Dust mop wet mop and buff all resilient floors on a daily basis
- Strip and wax floors as needed
- Scrub bathroom floors according to schedule
- Assure paper towels toilet paper and hand soap dispensers are full
- Keep cleaning cart filled with necessary materials and tools
- Put away supplies
- Assist with putting away liners
