Job Requirements
- Knowledge and skills equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and stoop during daily activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Previous housekeeping experience helpful but not required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Positive attitude and good communication skills

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Help in laundry or cleaning public areas when necessary
- Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates
