Job Requirements
- Must have experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or a related field
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures

- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time and clock out as scheduled
- Must clock in/out for breaks at scheduled times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for shifts
- Must be able to meet physical demands such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to enhance guest relations
- Work together with team members to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events hosted by the hotel
- Demonstrate understanding of relevant role-specific technology
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Keep workspaces clean and well-organized at all times
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests courteously while performing cleaning duties
- Complete operational checklists with 100% accuracy on every shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and maintain a well-groomed appearance
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Display a can-do attitude by stretching beyond traditional roles to meet business needs
- Collaborate effectively to create a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
- Perform pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending team meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
- Carry out additional cleaning projects in storage areas, public spaces, and guest laundry as assigned
- Adhere to physical demands such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting as required
- Follow established guidelines and procedures
- Arrive and clock in on time for each shift and clock out at the scheduled time
- Provide timely notice for call-outs and adhere to scheduled break times.
