Job Requirements

  • high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in housekeeping or environmental services is a plus
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift, see, speak, and hear
  • ability to lift up to 35 lbs for clinical staff and 50 lbs for non-clinical staff
  • willingness to use assisted-lift devices or seek assistance for heavier loads
  • availability to work full-time from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
  • ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • prior equivalent work experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or related position is a plus
  • knowledge of cleaning processes for different types of cleaning
  • customer service skills
  • ability to work in a team
  • good physical stamina

Job Duties

  • perform daily cleaning tasks for patients and resident rooms, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, and clinic areas
  • follow trash removal process
  • apply room cleaning process including daily, discharge, terminal, and isolation cleaning
  • clean restrooms in public areas and patient rooms including showers
  • provide office cleaning
  • maintain customer service standards
  • comply with safety and sanitation protocols
