Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
Job Qualifications
- Equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Positive attitude and proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently following verbal and written instructions
- Strong dedication to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Maintain cleanliness in laundry and public areas when required
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests by responding quickly and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Promote a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
- Work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays as needed
