Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch and bend during daily activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work
- Must have a positive and proactive attitude
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent knowledge of at least two years
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Mental and physical ability consistent with job requirements
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain rooms according to set standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests with providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Help maintain public areas and laundry when necessary
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Promote a positive work environment among team members and guests
- Work weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays as required
