Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift required weights
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to adhere to Hilton and hotel brand standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to effectively respond to guest requests
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including lifting and moving supplies
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
- Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
- Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
