Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift required weights
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to adhere to Hilton and hotel brand standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills to effectively respond to guest requests
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including lifting and moving supplies
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
