Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during employment
- Must comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Must be able to participate in emergency and safety training
- Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks
- Must work well under pressure and maintain composure and a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas on the ship
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond kindly to housekeeping inquiries and service requests according to company standards
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean spills using appropriate equipment and report maintenance needs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Build genuine relationships with guests and efficiently address housekeeping requests
- Assist with guest greeting during embarkation and support special events such as afternoon tea and cocktail parties
