- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial role preferred
- ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
- willingness to work assigned shifts including weekends if necessary

Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community including cleaning resident rooms and common areas
- handle laundry functions ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of linens
- maintain safe and sanitary environments for residents
- follow infection control protocols and safety standards
- collaborate with team members to support community needs
- report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- engage with residents respectfully while performing duties
