Job Requirements
- Minimum age of eighteen (18) years
- American citizenship or Green Card holder
- Ability to work 12 hours per day, 7 days per week for 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including for marijuana and controlled substances
- Strict prohibition on alcohol consumption during employment
- Compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Willingness to participate in emergency and safety training
- This is a temporary position not exceeding 28 weeks
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and prolonged standing or walking
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
- Willingness to comply with grooming standards and drug testing policies
Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean spills and report maintenance needs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Clean upholstered furniture and lounge areas
- Build genuine relationships with guests and attend to housekeeping requests efficiently
- Participate in onboard events such as greeting guests and assisting during special functions
