Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the job
- Experience with cleaning agents and equipment preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Demonstrated genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas including scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other items regularly
- Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily to foster a welcoming environment
- Follow safety protocols and cleaning standards consistently
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas
- Support team efforts to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort
