Job Requirements

Job Duties
- perform general cleaning of building common areas
- maintain the cleanliness of exterior grounds including parking, sidewalk, and entry areas
- clean and prepare vacant units within 3 to 5 days for turnover
- communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and coworkers
- interact appropriately with individuals with disabilities
- work independently with minimal supervision
- adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
