Job Requirements
- Janitorial or maintenance experience required
- Ability to work with minimal and close supervision
- Must conduct all business with professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to use hand tools carts and dollies
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied conditions
- Ability to climb up to two flights of stairs
- Ability to lift objects of 25 pounds or less overhead and move objects of 40 pounds or more
- Ability to work under time-sensitive or stressful conditions
- Ability to respond to medical emergencies and assist with resident evacuations
Job Qualifications
- Technical certification from a janitorial program desired
- Two years of experience in a similar housekeeping position desired
- Ability to work with minimal and close supervision
- Professional conduct with high level of confidentiality
- Ability to use hand tools carts and dollies
Job Duties
- Represents the campus positively creating an environment of respect and courtesy for residents and employees
- Works within campus programs promoting safety and well-being

- Maintains HIPAA standards and treats medical information confidentially
- Removes trash from campus collection areas
- Cleans inhabited and vacant units to like new condition including cabinets surfaces floors glass windows walls fixtures and window sills
