Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, change beds and linens, check heating system filters, and ensure linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on entry areas, carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, assist with meal service by taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Bus and clear dishes, sanitize dining areas, complete side work such as replenishing supplies and cleaning equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
