Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and standing for extended periods
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including full-time and part-time shifts
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or senior living environments preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and prolonged standing
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with senior residents and staff
  • Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment
  • Ability to follow health and safety protocols diligently
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of resident rooms and common areas
  • Ensure all living spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards
  • Move furniture as required to facilitate thorough cleaning
  • Follow health and safety guidelines for senior living environments
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
  • Support and collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of hygiene
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities
