Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of relevant housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Availability for flexible scheduling including full-time and part-time shifts
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or senior living environments preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and prolonged standing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with senior residents and staff
- Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols diligently
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of resident rooms and common areas
- Ensure all living spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Move furniture as required to facilitate thorough cleaning
- Follow health and safety guidelines for senior living environments
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Support and collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of hygiene
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities
